What is Broad Form Insurance?
A Broad Form covers the named insured for liability while driving any owned or non owned personal autos (some restrictions apply).

What is an SR-22 Filing?
An SR-22 is filing that is added to an insurance policy to prove to the state that the individual has current auto insurance coverage.  Sr-22's are usually court ordered and can be required for different reasons, such as:

*DUI or DWI
*Repeated reckless driving
*Driving or causing an accident while uninsured
*Multiple at-fault accidents or infractions

An individual is generally required to carry an SR-22 filing for 2-3 years, but the requirements vary depending on the circumstances and the which state is requiring the SR-22.

What is liability coverage?
Liability covers the bodily injury and/or property damage to others if you are at-fault in an accident. 

It does not cover your own injuries or property damage.

What is comprehensive coverage?
Pays for  damage  to your car, minus your deductible,  for reasons such as:  fire, theft, vandalish, glass breakage, windstorm, and damage that results from striking an animal on the roadway.  Colliding with another car or object is not covered under comprehensive coverage.

What is collision coverage?
Pays for damage to your car, minus your deductible, for a collision with another car, object, or going off of the roadway.

What is uninsure or underinsured motorist coverage?
Provides coverage for your injuries and damage to your car if someone without insurance, or not enough insurance, hits you.  Also protects agains hit-and-run damages.

What is personal injury protection?
Personal injury protection, also known as PIP,  pays the expenses for medical, hospital, funeral, necessary services, and  loss of income for you and your passengers regardless of who is at fault in the accident.  The maximum  amount paid is limited to the amount chosen on your policy declaration page.
